Alexandra Boyd
Alexandra's varied career in film, television, theatre and voiceover, spans almost forty years. She grew up in the UK but has lived in the US for nearly two decades. For ten years she worked as an actress in Los Angeles and now lives between London, Suffolk and six acres of old growth forest in Washington State.
Her acting credits include MR HOLLAND'S OPUS with Richard Dreyfuss, THE BIG THING with Bryan Cranston, FROM PARIS WITH LOVE with John Travolta and twenty five years ago a tiny part of FIRST CLASS WOMAN in James Cameron's TITANIC.
Her debut feature, a ghost story called Widow's Walk, won Best Cinematography at the Chelsea Film Festival. The film stars Miranda Raison, David Caves and BAFTA-winner and veteran stage and screen actress, Dame Virginia McKenna OBE.
Her first documentary - Ship of Dreams: Titanic Movie Diaries - is her love letter to Titanic and to the power of film and the film industry.
